I recently read an article in CNN Money about the growing number of people who are buying a new home, and then instead of selling their old home, they are turning it into a rental property. That is similar to what we have seen in the last couple of years in Sedona, only in a different order. Several of our clients have purchased their retirement homes now, while prices and interest rates are still low, and are renting them out until they are ready to move in. What a deal!
