Dec 1: Breakfast with Santa
Sedona Parks and Recreation is having their Annual Breakfast with Santa event. This two-hour event combines a warm breakfast and Santa Claus, and will be held at the Sedona Hub in Posse Grounds Park. After breakfast, children can enjoy taking a picture on Santa's lap and taking home a gift bag of crafts or petting our pony reindeer. This event is free of charge, so come for the pancakes (and more).
 
Dec 7: Tree Lighting and Santa Visit
December 7, 2018 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Enjoy traditional tree-lighting, refreshments, local holiday entertainment and Santa visits with children. This free event takes place at Tlaquepaque North and is presented by Sedona Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau.
 
Dec 7: Illuminating Life: First Friday Exhibition
The life of the artist and those they depict can be illuminated through the talents of the creator. Artists like Gerry Quotskuyva create such works that seem to capture the eternal life of their subjects. See a glimpse of their lives by joining Kuivato in December for our First Friday exhibition “Illuminating Life.” Meet local artists, enjoy small bites and drinks, and see the beautiful works our gallery has to offer!At Kuivato, a Creative Gateways Gallery, 336 State Route 179 Ste B125 Sedona, 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.


Dec 8: Arrangiarsi (Pizza…And The Art Of Living) Film Screening & Director Q & A
The Sedona International Film Festival will present a special premiere event of the award-winning new film “Arrangiarsi: Pizza and the Art of Living” on Thursday, Dec. 6. There will be two screenings of the film at 4 and 7 p.m. at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre. This special premiere of “Arrangiarsi” is part of a world tour and will feature filmmaker Matteo Troncone who will be in Sedona to present the film and host Q&A discussions after both screenings.


Dec 8: Festival of Lights
A full schedule of lively musical entertainment, a visit from Santa, and free cider awaits, making it the perfect outing for families and friends. The River of Life Tabernacle Choir will be performing. At the tolling of the bell tower at 5:00pm, the lighting of 6,000 luminarias gets underway in Tlaquepaque's courtyards and walkways. Specially designated luminarias to honor cancer survivors can be purchased in Patio del Norte as well. From 3:00 to 8:00 p.m.


Dec 15: Loving Bowls
A major gathering of creative people. Join hundreds of other local arts supporters for a unique annual event that offers a beautiful selection of hand-made bowls. All proceeds benefit local non-profits and the Arts & Educations programs at the Sedona Arts Center. From 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.


Dec 15: Tlaquepaque Sweet Stroll
The arts village is cheerfully bedecked in decorative lights reminiscent of A Christmas Carol. Santa will be greeting little ones and carolers dressed in finery from Dickens era sing traditional songs. Look out for the Grinch lurking through the courtyards. Shops will be open and filled with unique gifts and with sweet treats, special give-a-ways, and discounted offers. You are sure to find some special presents for those on your gift list. From 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
