On Wednesday, July 24, Arizona Representative Bob Thorpe will host a 3:00pm open meeting at Sedona City Hall to discuss the topic of short term rentals. Vacation rentals under 30 days were illegal in Sedona until the recent passage of SB1350, which denied the right of a local municipality to regulate the term of a rental.
