Sedona Short Term Rentals Ain't What They Used to Be
If you are a Sedona Resident, or have been paying attention to the local real estate market, you have to know the effect that short term rentals have had in the market, and many would argue, in the quality of the Sedona experience. Well, it appears that the number of short term rental homes is declining. Just another example of the free market auto-correcting.
