Short Term Vacation Rental Investments

Until the passage of SB 1350 in mid 2016, Sedona and Yavapai County banned short term rentals of less than 30 days. The new legislation changed that, as municipalities no longer have the power to ban vacation rentals. However, HOAs still do have that power, with certain restrictions.
