Below are market statistics for sales of homes and land in Sedona for the first quarter of 2017. Each category is also compared to the same time period the year before. Sales increased for homes priced under $1,000,000, with 89 sales compared to 79 last year. The median sales price jumped to $510,000 from a year ago when it was $450,000, and average price per square foot is up 7%. Sales of luxury homes have increased dramatically, with 9 closed compared to 4 in 2016 . Vacant land sales have nearly doubled, but the price has tumbled by nearly 30%.
