Below are market statistics for sales of homes and land in Sedona for the first quarter of 2019. Each category is also compared to the same time period the year before. Sales decreased for homes priced under $1,000,000, with 92 sales compared to 108 last year, a decrease of 15%. The median sales price crept up to $559,500 from a year ago when it was $544,500, and average price per square foot is up 8%. Sales of luxury homes were flat, with 11 closed compared to 11 in 2018.
