Below are market statistics for sales of homes and land in Sedona for the first six months of 2020. Each category is also compared to the same time period the year before. Sales for homes priced under $1,000,000 were nearly the same as last year, with 230 sales compared to 234 last year. Considering that the market was nearly shut down for a couple of months, that's remarkable. The median sales price increased to $579,500 from a year ago when it was $555.000, while average price per square foot increased by less than 3%.. Sales of luxury homes increased to 33 closed compared to 29 in 2019. Vacant land sales decreased from 71 to 54, but the median price has increased by 14%.
