Below are market statistics for sales of homes and land in Sedona for the full year of 2020. Each category is also compared to the same time period the year before. Sales for homes priced under $1,000,000 are up 27% compared to last year, with 632 sales compared to 498 last year. Considering that the market was nearly shut down for a couple of months, that's remarkable. The median sales price increased to $650,000 from a year ago when it was $565.000, while average price per square foot increased by nearly 10%.. Sales of luxury homes increased to 120 closed compared to 56 in 2019. Vacant land sales increased from 142 to 192, and with the low inventory of homes, sales are robust and the median price has increased by 18%.
