2021 Year Ending Numbers in Sedona
The year ending numbers are in, and they are staggering! The median sales price for a luxury home in Sedona (defined as the top ten per cent in sales price) was $1,460,875, compared to $1,423,000 in the prior year. While that might not seem like a lot, the homes that were sold in 2021 averaged 3570 square feet, while those sold in 2020 averaged 4138 square feet. That made the price per square foot in 2021 $497 compared to $393 in 2020....a 26% increase!
