Another Interesting Article on the Housing Shortage
Nobody really knows how long this hot real estate market will last. And on a side note, if you were my client, I would give you a Market Conditions Advisory which says that I don't know if or when prices will go up or down, so if I do say something different, don't believe me. But that aside, this article from NBC News says that the demand is driven by the Millennials starting families and the supply is limited by a shortage of building supplies and appliances.
