Here is an incredible new testimonial. I know it's too long to put here in its entirety, but I'm going to anyway, because I don't know what I would take out.

Jan continues to help me even though the sale of the house is complete. She knows the best landscaper, handyman and the best people to call for any problems. She has gone beyond what anyone could expect to help me take care of property issues before my arrival. I can't say enough good things about her -- she is simply the best.
