We sometimes are asked if we will reduce our commissions to sell a home. I'll come back to that later, but before I do, it's important to know the benefits of working with a real estate agent. First, on average, sellers who list their home with an agent sell for a higher price. They also are much more likely to avoid expensive mistakes by not knowing the law, or their protections under the law. And they generally are sold much faster.
