Prices have gone up, just like practically everywhere. But is Sedona still a good deal? Like everything, it depends on what you compare it to. The reason I'm thinking about this is because I just saw an article from the National Association of Realtors that listed the top ten hidden gems for real estate. Not surprisingly, Sedona wasn't on the list. If you want to see which cities are, click here. But again, it's all relative. The average price of a Sedona home per square foot is now about $450. But when you compare that to other resort destinations, that looks pretty good. For example, Breckinridge, CO is nearly double that, Jackson Hole, WY is nearly triple that, and Aspen, CO, the king of them all, is over $2000 per square foot. How can you afford not to have a home in Sedona?
