"I am happy to contribute another 5 star recommendation.Her knowledge of homes in the Sedona area in immense. She, herself, had owned property in the very neighborhood I was searching . My last home purchase was over 35 years ago so I was not real familiar with the process. Jan helped me understand the interplay between buyer,inspectors, financiers, title company, the seller and their agent. Most often she answered her phone herself. It was never more than a few minutes for a call back or return email. When we viewed properties her phone never rang. She was with me, not answering the phone. Because of her knowledge of the area and her assessment of the property,her counter offer shocked me, and because of that, I saved tens of thousands of dollars.
