The Sedona real estate market continues to be slowed only by the lack of inventory. All of our recent listings have been under contract within three days, and all received multiple offers. Because anything under $800,000 goes so quickly, the median price of homes listed for sale in Sedona now exceeds $1,000,000, according to a report from Yavapai Titile Company.
