Sedona Market Statistics for the First Half of 2023
Market statistics for the first six months are in. As expected, the numbers are down when compared to the first six months of last year. But that is to be expected. The first six months of 2022 were very strong, with June being the biggest month. Then, everything slowed down, and it's been fairly steady since then. The number of single family residences that sold dropped from 263 to 194, or 26%. Median sales price slipped 11%, from $1,120,000 to $999,000 and price per square foot dropped by 10%.
