Sedona Short Term Rental Regulations Update
As you probably already know, the proliferation of short term rental properties has had a profound effect on Sedona and surrounding areas. Whether you like them or not, the subject has become quite controversial. Sedona used to regulate short term rentals, but is no longer allowed to do that because of a change in Arizona law. But that doesn't mean the city has given up. A recent article in the Red Rock News provided an update on those efforts. Here is a link to that article.
